The new cloud services align to the following three critical elements necessary to deliver ITaaS: cloud infrastructure, cloud optimized applications, and end-user computing. EMC’s new services help clients define the right architectural design for their cloud strategy: hybrid, public, and private, and enable clients to accelerate the adoption and benefits of cloud technology solutions, including converged infrastructure. EMC’s Global Services organization provides strategic guidance to enable the transformation of IT architectures to help customers achieve IT efficiency and business agility through planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud and virtualization infrastructures. EMC training and certification programs for cloud and Big Data analytics provide IT work forces with the high demand, future-proof skills for implementing and managing new and more complex IT infrastructures.
